Ammon Bundy and 7 Others Held in Oregon

JOHN DAY, Ore. — Ammon Bundy, the leader of an armed seizing of a federal wildlife refuge in rural eastern Oregon, was arrested and one person was killed Tuesday afternoon in a traffic stop in rural Oregon, the F.B.I. and the Oregon State Police said.

Seven other people, including Mr. Bundy’s brother Ryan Bundy, were arrested, the authorities said. Another person was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The authorities did not identify the man who was killed, but a member of the Nevada State Assembly, Michele Fiore, who has been a supporter of the Bundy family, said on Twitter that it was LaVoy Finicum. Mr. Finicum had become a de facto spokesman for the occupiers.

The confrontation came after more than three weeks of growing tension and anxiety that put the tiny community of Burns — about a five-hour drive from Portland — into an international debate about homegrown right-wing militias, public lands and constitutional rights. Mr. Bundy, 40, and a group of his followers, adopting the name Citizens for Constitutional Freedom, occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, about 30 miles southeast of Burns, in Harney County, on Jan. 2.

Community leaders demanded that the group leave, but several members were still occupying the refuge Tuesday night, and on Wednesday morning, local media reported that roadblocks had been set up to limit access to the refuge.

The Bundy brothers and supporters were arrested along Highway 395 outside Burns around 4:25 p.m., officials said.

Ammon Bundy and some of his group had been expected at a community meeting Tuesday night about 70 miles away in John Day, Ore., where he was to be the guest speaker. They never arrived.

The Bundys and the other occupiers contend that the federal government had illegally taken land in Oregon and elsewhere around the West from ranchers and other private landholders over the decades, and they demanded that it be returned to local control. They also said they were supporting two local ranchers imprisoned for setting fires that spread to federal land.

Oregon’s governor, Kate Brown, who has called on the federal government to enforce the law, asked Oregonians on Tuesday night to be patient as the investigation unfolded. The refuge is operated by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.

But until Tuesday afternoon, when the occupation leaders were away from the refuge site, apparently en route to the John Day meeting — a strange, tortured atmosphere defined the standoff. For weeks, there was deep uncertainty as to how, when or, some said, even if law enforcement agents would take action.

The F.B.I. and the Oregon State Police said that Mr. Bundy, his brother and three other people, including Shawna Cox, 59, of Kanab, Utah, and Ryan Waylen Payne, 32, of Anaconda, Mont., were arrested on a state highway, but they provided no further details. Ms. Cox and Mr. Payne were prominent in speaking for the refuge. Also arrested on the highway was Brian Cavalier, 44, of Bunkerville, Nev.

The authorities said only that shots were fired during the course of the arrest. Two other people: Peter Santilli, 50, of Cincinnati, and Joseph Donald O’Shaughnessy, 45, of Cottonwood, Ariz., were arrested later in Burns, and John Eric Ritzheimer, 32, turned himself in to the police in Peoria, Ariz., the authorities said. All of the defendants face a federal felony charge of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats.

At the refuge, a spokesman said they would wait out the night. Jason Patrick, an occupier, said that several people were still inside and that the mood was “prepared but calm.”

“They said ‘peaceful resolution,’ but now there is a dead cowboy,” he said, adding that he believes the F.B.I. was “hellbent on war.”

Mr. Patrick would not say whether the occupiers would stay at the refuge in the long term.

“The plan is peaceful resolution through the night. Ammon says the sunlight is the best disinfectant,” he said. “We’ll let the sun shine and see what’s up.”

Mr. Bundy’s family became a symbol of antigovernment sentiment in 2014 when his father, Cliven Bundy, inspired a standoff between armed local activists and federal officials seeking to confiscate cattle grazing illegally on federal land in Nevada.

At the refuge, a 188,000-acre expanse of high desert sage that is known as one of the great migratory bird viewing areas of North America, vehement determination and low-key, soft-spoken declarations of belief mixed like oil and water on any given day. Supporters of the occupation — Mr. Santilli, in particular — were openly belligerent to counterprotesters and other opponents of the occupation. On one recent day, when an environmental group came bearing signs denouncing the occupation, Mr. Santilli screamed in their faces.

Mr. Santilli was recording a live stream on Tuesday when he was taken into custody as he tried to re-enter the refuge. Supporters who were in a vehicle with him said in the video that they had been trying to evacuate some women and children.

Ms. Cox, in an interview inside a building at the refuge a few days before her arrest, also vowed to stay until the federal government handed it over to local control. “When the people come and take their rightful position, then we can go home,” she said. “They are coming; it’s just taking a little while.”

Harney County, which has only about 7,100 people spread out over an area roughly the size of Massachusetts, has a small hospital in Burns, the biggest community. Law enforcement officials did not say where the injured person was treated. But St. Charles hospital in Bend, about 150 miles west of the refuge, was on lockdown Tuesday night, with no one other than patients and employees able to enter. There were 10 police cars and one fire truck in front. Two police officers with assault weapons were in the foyer. Officials would not confirm if any victims have been airlifted there.

Dear Sirs:

We should have heard it at Ruby Ridge, and somehow, despite the facts, did not. A young Mother shot to death along with her baby and young son and the family dog for no reason by FBI Agents.

We should have heard it again at Waco, Texas. A private community of people invaded, gassed, fire bombed— again, with no credible reason by federal agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Exactly where were the stockpiles of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms at Waco?

And now, a caravan of peaceful Americans on their way to a public meeting to discuss unlawful actions of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM)– ambushed, murdered in cold blood, and subjected to false arrest by members of the FBI and “STATE” police. What “STATE” of Oregon would that be?  A bankrupt corporate franchise of the French Corporation known as the UNITED STATES, or the actual state of the Union owed to the people of Oregon?

Initial attempts are being made by the FBI to claim that it was being hindered in the accomplishment of their “official duties”—- let’s make it very clear that the members of the FBI are no longer public officers and have no “official duties”. They are commercial mercenaries acting under color of law at the behest of private, mostly foreign-owned banks, including the IMF, and dirty politicians.

Just so everyone is clear here— the UN Corporation was set up in France several years before the United Nations was chartered. The UN Corporation chartered the IMF, also in France. The IMF then chartered the UNITED STATES, which set up franchises for itself called the STATE OF OREGON and the STATE OF WISCONSIN and so on, and set up shop here in the business of providing “essential governmental services”.

Since when did ambush, murder, false arrest, kidnapping and misrepresentation of our political status become a “service” that we are paying for?

The facts of the matter are these:  these “agencies” are nothing but private subcontractors of the UNITED STATES, INC. and its STATE OF OREGON franchise— foreign commercial mercenaries acting under color of law on our soil, wearing uniforms and flashing badges and pretending to be part of our lawful government when they are not. The FBI is a private security force hired and maintained for the purpose of racketeering under color of law in this country.

It is always the same.  Banks behind the scenes hire some of us to kill and defraud others of us and these “agents” commit these horrible crimes, because they are ignorant dumb brutes, trained from birth to take orders without question. Just like the Nazis. Just like the British at Amritsar. Just like the First Order troopers in the newest version of Star Wars.

Always, we Americans seem to buy both ends of the stick, abused both coming and going. If we shoot, we shoot ourselves, because it is Americans who are being hired to do this dirty work for the British Crown and the French Government and the bankers in back of it all.

This time, we have no excuse for not hearing the guns at Amritsar and Concord.

The States of America are still alive, still here despite all the lies that the Queen and her minions can tell.  Our people are still sovereign. We’ve been defrauded and abused by international banks and members of the Bar Associations, but then, who hasn’t been? The fraud stretches back 150 years, but that is of no concern: there is no statute of limitation on the crime of fraud, and fraud vitiates all that it touches ever afterward.

The Fraud Reset Button takes us back to 1860 and the election of Abraham Lincoln, a lawyer prohibited from holding any public office in our government by our actual Constitution known as The Constitution for the united States of America, but who was nonetheless elected to serve as “President” of the United States— a commercial trading company that Lincoln bankrupted in 1863.

At the end of the Civil War those responsible booted up a new corporation calling itself The United States of America (Inc.) and they published a brand new corporate charter deceptively named “the Constitution of the United States of America” and they busily began amending it however they pleased without ratification by the states. All Amendments from the 13th onward are private by-laws of a private for-profit governmental services corporation and its successors, having no meaning or applicability as public law.

Via the simple process of incorporation the con artists responsible removed the Federal Government off the jurisdiction of the land and out from under the actual Constitution and Law of the Land, and placed all their offices and operations in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Law of the Sea. Either by guile or by ignorance, state governments followed suit and incorporated their operations with the same result. So did the units of county government. They were bribed into doing this with promises of “federal revenue sharing”—– that is, kickbacks from IMF racketeering profits.

Since then two large colluding banking cartels — the Federal Reserve and the International Monetary Fund — have kept us entertained with every form of banking and securities and bankruptcy and probate fraud imaginable. The IMF has been responsible for the actions at Ruby Ridge, at Waco, and now, in Oregon, where a sweet and innocent young man lays dead. His blood is on your hands.

How much are we to charge you for what you can never undo or repay?

You, Monsieur President Hollande, have sent your private-for profit corporations over here to do business selling us “governmental services” and let them run rampant, without enforcement of their charters and without respecting your treaty obligations owed to the united States of America and the American people. You have let them operate as inland pirates and racketeers on our shores for which we hold the French Government responsible.

You, Mr. Obama, have followed your own master, the British Crown, and allowed the same despicable performance— probate fraud, bankruptcy fraud, banking and securities fraud, racketeering, unlawful conversion of assets, mischaracterization of political status, violent armed extortion, kidnapping, inland piracy, press-ganging, identity theft, personage, barratry and more — crimes that have been for the most part outlawed worldwide for between a hundred and two hundred years. For that, we hold the Federal United States and the Members of Congress and the British Government and the British Monarch responsible.

We demand the immediate release and return of the Americans ambushed and placed under false arrest by the FBI in Oregon and the immediate arrest of the officers and their superiors responsible for this outrage. We are bringing charges to the local Common Law Grand Juries in Oregon against the corporate employee responsible for the execution-style killing of LaVoy Finicum.  We expect this man to be indicted for aggravated and premeditated murder in the first degree while impersonating an officer and engaged in armed racketeering under color of law.  Every man involved in this ambush, killing, and false arrest is an accomplice to this crime.

All the bank officials and administrative officers including the members of the American Bar Association who have contributed to and preserved this system of violent fraud must be arrested and punished as befits their crimes as murderers and thieves.  The offending banks must be liquidated and their assets returned to the people they have harmed and their heirs.

it should be clear that any Article III Court of Records should have jurisdiction over the “substantive” content of what constitutes the basis of my Interlocutory Appeal on an Order that is NOT a final order.

Note that my substantive content included more than enough documentation to show that the Michigan state court system, most particularly the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court are completely corrupt, and that the Wayne County Circuit Court and U.S. District Court (which are both situated in Detroit) are being operated by domestic terrorists. What was both explicitly and implicitly stated by the SUBSTANTIAL evidence I provided to the Sixth Circuit Court was that the Sixth Circuit judges were fostering domestic terrorism within their jurisdiction and that, if they were an “independent” judiciary, they would have both the right and the duty to act to remedy this situation based upon my “appeal.”   

The ruling of the Sixth Circuit that I just received, as dated 1/22/16 was to dismiss my Interlocutory Appeal (and Memorandum of Law) summarily without addressing anything of my arguments. It is found here:

NOTE: that of the three 6th Circuit judges, “Griffin” (Richard Allen Griffin), is originally from the Michigan Court of Appeals (and carries heavy endorsement in office from the Michigan COA.)

Moreover, this ruling shows a clear misconstruing of my substantive intent and these judges’ propensity to gloss over and whitewash my writings with such statements that continue to fraudulently conceal in their “rulings” what exactly I have filed. For instance….

1) They describe my original case in the U.S. District Court (which I call the Article III Court of Record of the District Court of the United States) as “indicating” that it was filed as a “civil rights and tort action” against defendants when ACTUALLY is filed as a “Common Law Tort Complaint / Claim for Damages; Malicious Trespass; False Imprisonment; Constitutional Violations; Demand for Declaratory Relief; and Demand for Injunctive Relief” as found by the link below:

2) Next, they state that I have filed against a “variety of defendants” instead of specifying that I have filed against individual “usurpers” of government offices that include a judge, police, a charter township, a charter county, an insurance “pool” acting as a corporation, and AIG (bailed out by the taxpayers in 2008) as the $100 BILLION insurance carrier for the charter county’s risk management “errors and omissions” policy. They fail to mention that I had filed and named these “defendants” in their “individual capacities”.

3) Next, these 6th Circuit judges fail to acknowledge that I have reported a documented and proven intentional theft, prejudicial treatment by theft, and other evidence to support my added complaint to the 6th Circuit judges that when the Clerks and judge issued the summons on each of the “defendants”, they changed and replaced my handwritten summons to EXCLUDE the “individual capacity” on each summons, compelling me to send out inconsistencies to the “defendants” by the summons not reflecting either my intentions or what is plainly visible on the face of my complaint naming each in their individual capacities. 4) Additionally, the Sixth Circuit ruling of 1/22/16 states that “[what] Schied filed was CONSTRUED as a notice of appeal from the September 30, 2015 [Magistrate order “striking” all of my substantive Evidence]. Significantly, the Sixth Circuit’s ruling did not disclose that I had filed an “INTERLOCUTORY APPEAL” which was argued to be “appealable” based on certain qualifying conditions which I both specifically explained and brought evidence to bear that my appeal qualified. Instead, this Sixth Circuit fraudulently summarily stated that “The order Schied seeks to appeal is neither a final order nor an appealable interlocutory or collateral order.”

Again, I say that these Sixth Circuit judges’ failure to address the content of my Interlocutory Appeal constitutes “fraud upon the Court,” a denial of due process (i.e., a constitutional offense) against me, and thus, is indicative of their own DOMESTIC TERRORISM as defined by the FBI’s website and 18 U.S.C. Sec. 2331 as shown below to be a clear “coercion of government” policy and practice (away from Article III constitutional compliance) and a clear intimidation and.or coercion of me as part of the free “civilian population”:

Note that “acts dangerous to human life” is defined as follows, which further reflects that this “ruling” by the Sixth Circuit judges qualifies as a “domestic terrorist” act given the Evidence I have provided herein by the links above. The above is PRIMA FACIE evidence that the judges of the Sixth Circuit Court are committing acts of DOMESTIC TERRORISM and are not acting respective of their Article III status and lifetime salary and tenure but are instead publishing fraudulent federal rulings.

If not, where do you suggest I go with the power of the People and with the status of a Private Attorney General as I had filed in my December 2015 Quo Warranto as shown below, which these Sixth Circuit judges have completely failed to address to explain what jurisdiction they are actually “playing” or “acting” in from where they are getting their power and authority:

It is a well established fact that Lavoy & company were traveling to a meeting with a Sheriff. Nothing can be said that will change the premeditated nature of this event. The same situation occurred on April 20, 2010 in Madisonville, TN when the same assembly of goons attempted to do the same thing and only through the grace of God was senseless murder avoided.

The video from Oregon clearly shows laser sights trained on LaVoy with certainty that should he have pulled a gun out of his jacket he would have been put down immediately and never been given the chance to squeeze of any rounds. It is clear to me he was shot with his arms still in the air and at that point he instinctively reached for the source of the pain. Anybody who thinks this man, surrounded, knowing the laser sights were dancing all over his body, would then commit suicide by police, with 11 children to take care of, is completely out of their mind.

There is much ground footage that you will not be allowed to see or hear, at least not until such evidence has been thoroughly edited. I will not accept the narrative that there was a gunfight because clearly there was not. What you see is windows of the truck blown out by gunfire, none of which showed glass exploding outwards. How the occupants of the vehicle avoided being hit remains a mystery to me.

There will be a meticulous policing of shell casings to remove any evidence that these mafia goons did what they did and people will do whatever they have to in order to justify this ambush on Americans on American soil. Any further attempt to justify this action is little more than an attempt to keep from doing what Americans must now do. This has gone way past the point of no return.

The Corporate Mafia now realizes that the people have no will to resist and for this I am, today, feeling sick.

All around the union I hear people cry “Peace, Peace”, yet there is no peace, just constant, rhythmic beating of the violent drums of war, rebellion and revolution. Not from the people but rather from those we have mistakenly entrusted with our security. These goons deserve nothing of our trust, only swift and decisive justice for the crimes they continue to escalate against the people of this union.

Once again I need to point out the biggest enablers of this criminal enterprise are found in the Judiciary. From the lowly esquires to the top administrators. All BAR card carrying carpetbaggers. I care not whether they know about their foreign status or not. Remove the cover for this criminal enterprise and watch how fast they scramble and hide.

While there is no sound, and having been a police officer myself, I have to think commands were given to Mr. Finicum as he came to the rear of his vehicle. As you will see, Mr. Fincium reaches into the left side of his coat making a clear gesture that he may be going for a weapon. Shots were then fired by Oregon State Police, NOT FBI.
