>1. In the “MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE UNDER SEAL” in case no 8:12CR344 you, Mr. Hug, state, Quote: “WHEREFORE, the defendant respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant the Motion for Leave to File Under Seal the Motion to Withdraw in this case.”

>3. Are you, Jerry Hug, willing to sign an sworn Affidavit stating this “Quote” of yours to be true, correct, complete and not misleading under your own Commercial Liability?

May I remind you that I demanded you to provide me copies/drafts of all documents for review for my approval prior to your filing any documents in the court and/or otherwise as assistance of my Counsel, for any attempt on your part to represent me without my consent shall be construed as a violation of my 1st Amendment right of Freedom of Religion of my conscience. For you have not proven yourself to be a “Telepathist”.
>5. This above quote of yours is “Patent Prima facie evidence” that you are a “Liar”.
>6. Furthermore, you advised and instructed me under coercion and duress that I had to sign the conditional release or remain in jail, without providing me with the “Full Disclosure” I was requesting concerning the conditional release and the case.
>7. Therefore, you, Mr. Hug, are part of this Commercial Contract and you are not going to walk away from this contract without providing me all the “Full Disclosure” I demand of you as my appointed assistance of counsel as guaranteed by the 6th Amendment and other of the Constitution for the United States of America.
>8. Additionally, you, Jerry Hug, have violated attorney/client confidentiality by providing the court with our private communications. This is verified by your “MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL” in this case no 8:12CR344 dated May 13, 2013.
